Ashley: Certified Dental Assistant

I started at Dr. Donaldson’s office in 2015 and I absolutely love being part of this team! From our amazing patients to every team member, each day brings something special. I started as a receptionist, then earned my Dental Radiology license and became a Certified Dental Assistant. I truly enjoy working chairside with the doctor helping educate our patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident with their treatment.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends. I am married and have a growing family. My hobbies include baking and going to the beach with friends.

Tina: Dental Assistant

I have been a Dental Assistant for over 25 years.  I started with Dr. Donaldson in 2023 and you will find me at the front desk or in the back assisting.  My love for dentistry started years ago and I find such fulfillment in my life to give smiles to others.  I love getting to know each patient and making sure their dental experience is as comfortable as possible.

On a personal note:  I have one daughter and many pets such as 2 dogs, 2 cats, a ball python and a bearded dragon.  I am very active in volunteering with the local animal rescue.  I also enjoy gardening and hiking and am a HUGE Buffalo Bills Fan!!!

I began my career in the restaurant industry, where I developed a passion for serving and helping people.  In 2023, I transitioned into the dental field and have found it to be a fulfilling new chapter.  I’m often on the phone, helping with scheduling and answering insurance questions.  I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this practice working hard to provide you with a positive patient experience and help in providing exceptional dental care.  It’s a joy to work alongside a team that is also deeply committed to the same goal.

In my free time I love spending time with my family.

Nancy: Insurance Specialist

My past background specialized in medical insurance claims.  I joined Dr. Donaldson’s office in 2020 to coordinate the Dental Sleep Medicine insurance authorizations.  My goal is to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, making sure our patients get the care they need without added stress over insurance matters.  Whether it’s answering questions about coverage, assisting with authorizations, or coordinating appointments, I’m here to support both our patients and the team.  If there’s anything you need, don’t hesitate to reach out – I’m always happy to help!

I am married with three grown children.  When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my family, going out to dinner with friends, cooking and I stay very active in my church.
